When booking: Cabin cleaning is always included and will be automatically calculated in the total amount!
Duvet covers/sheets: There are duvets and pillows in the unit, but duvet covers/sheets and towels must be brought if not booked in advance.
Upon arrival: Keys are collected at Røros Tourist Office during opening hours (the unit is available from 15:00 on the arrival day). After closing time, the key can be picked up at the reception of Bergstadens Hotel at Osloveien 2. See our opening hours below.
NB! Please read the instructions on the kitchen table upon arrival. They include important information that may require follow-up!
The rental unit must only be used by the number of guests it is booked for and must be left in the same condition as upon arrival!

Upon departure: The key must be placed in the mailbox outside the Røros Tourist Office. It is marked "Visit Røros and Østerdalen."
Check-out: No later than 12:00 on the day of departure. Garbage must be taken to a municipal collection point.
Payment: The entire rental amount must be paid before keys can be collected.
Damages: Any damages are the guest's responsibility and must be reported immediately to the Røros Tourist Office by phone or email at post@rorosinfo.com.
